FAQ
1# I hear clicking all the time and my music comes and goes.

Disconnect the bundle of black wires and the clicking should go away. Then hook them up one at a time until
the clicking comes back. Leave that one disconnected and hook all the others up. Play music and go to each
speaker and push the DOOR switch. If the music does not mute that is the bad speaker.

2# My display is not working.

Check the transformer for the proper voltage. See transformer table below, Each model is listed by the
transformer model.

3# My doorbell does not work.

Take the master out of the wall. Then locate the chime terminals and disconnect the orange and yellow wires
from the terminals. Short the terminals together if the chime rings the problem is in the wires or the front door
button.

4# I have a MCD "Single Disk Player".

When I put a disk in it is says "CD ERROR". This could be a dirty Laser Lens.
Have the lens cleaned by a technician. The CD cleaners does not alway work.
If cleaning does not work the laser head could be out. In which case it is not repairable. The laser head is no
longer available.

5# My Doorbell rings at the from door.

when the door bell rings outside it is usually a room speaker that has shorted. The way you can find out is to
pull the unit from the wall and disconnect the bundle of BLACK wires from there terminal. Then try the doorbell and
if it returns then hook them up one at a time until it rings outside again. The will be the bad speaker.  Leave that
wire disconnect and hook up all the rest.  Play the music ( which should have return also ) and push the door
button on each speaker and the one that does not mute the music is the bad one.
